HOW WE TRAIN.
RDU Wing Chun champions a flexible training program amongst diverse levels of practitioners. Learn fundamental techniques to multiple scenarios with mentorship from senior students. Actively contribute to the pace of your development. Advancement is not acknowledged with unnecessary belts or medals, moreover your progression is realized in form and response.
We are open 6 days a week and there is no limit to the number of classes you can take.
An important part of fighting well is being in shape. The school opens 30 minutes prior to each class to allow time to prepare or practice. A power-train session occurs at the end of class with body-weight exercises to provide functional strength and endurance.
Mornings | Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Weekends | Saturdays
10:00 am – 12:00 noon
Training Gear | t-shirt, loose fitting pants and sneakers. Changing rooms are available.
Arrive | on time. Studio opens 30 minutes prior to each class to prepare and exercise.
Communicate | any injury or medical condition.
Focus | on learning skills and getting in best physical form.
$100/month - unlimited classes (Adult: Ages 18+)
$75/month - unlimited classes (Youth: Ages 13-17)
No contract enrollment.
